We offer 100% money back for the remainder of your stay if you are forced to leave early or you are dissatisfied with our service. For example, if you have paid for 3 weeks and you leave after the first week, we will reimburse you for the remaining 2 weeks. 

The bootcamp includes 6 days training a week at the outdoor body weight gym and lodge gym, as well as scenic safari runs and dam swims. We also include training with the anti poaching scouts for the parks rhinos. Our goal is to push both your bodies and your minds to the limit and foster amazing team bonding and a social environment.

African bootcamp partners with Antelope Park to give you access to join in with some of their volunteer activities during your stay.

The programs include:

1. Safari Stables working holiday. You work at the stables the morning and then do fun and educational horse activities such as show jumping, dressage, polocrosse and cross country. You will also have access to sunrise and moonlight safari rides depending on availability with the volunteers. 

2. Wildlife Management. You will have up close access to elephants, rhinos and lions and will be tasked with maintaining their wellfare. This includes sourcing food and cleaning camps. 

3. Community service. You can help out in the local communities with aid projects such as teaching at the local schools, food kitchens and subject to availability you can aid in building school facilites and any other project that helps the local communities. 

Travel costs and some activities come at extra cost. These are trips that are facilitated by us for your benefit, but which are not run by us.

• Victoria falls trip. The park has connections with a lodge at Victoria Falls. This is an amazingly beautiful trip with phenominal wildlife and activities such as bungee jumping, gorge swing and access to restaurants which serve african foods such as crocodile, mopane worms and antelope.
• Matobos National Park. Just 35 km south of Bulawayo, this beautiful park features dramatic rolling hills, wooded valleys, giant granite rock formations and an abundance of wildlife. On this exciting day safari, the highlights are viewing ancient cave and rock art, climbing the balancing rocks to visit the grave of Cecil John Rhodes, and trekking through the bush on foot to get close to black and white rhino. 
• Great Zimbabwe Ruins. Visit some of the most extraordinary manmade remains in Africa at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Great Zimbabwe. Built by a Shona (Bantu) trading empire between AD1250 and AD1450, who were the ancestors of modern Zimbabwean people, spend the day trekking around these fascinating ancient stone ruins and learn about the past and present of Zimbabwe’s culture. 

You will be housed in a premium 2 person safari tent. We cannot guarantee a solo room, but please feel free to contact us to check availability. 

•  Can I change my package if I'm already there?

No problem. You can change at any point if you feel you will get better value from another package. You will be charged at the new rate for the remaining days of your stay. 

• Is there a cap on any expenses?

Yes, unfortunately we cannot provide unlimited services. For example, each round shot at the firearm range costs just over $1. We cannot allow in excess of 500 rounds to be shot per week. Additionally we do not allow you to bulk buy products which you could take after your stay. However, in good faith, we do offer money back if there is a huge difference between the amount you've used and the cost of your stay. 

• What if I am not very fit?

Don't worry, we give you a pre holiday training plan, and we make allowances for those who are obviously behind the group.

• Meals and vegan options.

We provide well rounded meals as well as vegan options. However, we do not follow a specific diet plan. We also have healthy smoothies and food options at extra cost from the coffee shop.

• Are the travel costs included?

We cover the cost of your travel to and from the airports based in Bulawayp & Harare. Hwever, flights and travel insurance and other costs required to get you to Zimbabwe are not included. 

• Do you provide exercise supplements.

We do not offer free supplements, but we can source some for you. (Please note that advanced notice is required.)
